Full payment is collected before service begins. Debit/credit cards, cash, Cashapp, & Zelle.
There will be absolutely NO REFUND for any reason.
Nevertheless, we make it our priority to resolve all issues to the best of our ability. If you have any concern, we urge you to communicate them at the time of your visit.
If you are not satisfied with your braids, please notify us immediately prior to leaving. We would appreciate the opportunity to redo the braids prior to your departure from the salon.
we will be more than happy to schedule a corrective service free of charge within 72 hours, if braids come out.
We only take down hairstyles installed at Mel.K Hair Brainding and charge.
Our braiders take a 30 minute break for styles requiring more 5 hours
Please be considerate and arrive to your appointment on time. There is a 15-minute grace period after which your appointment will be cancelled.
Additional guests are not permitted under any circumstance while you are being serviced.
No child is allowed in the salon, unless being serviced. We do not install braids on children under the age of 13. We reserve the right to discontinue service to children with sensitive scalp or no hair braiding experience if non-compliance persists due to discomfort.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to any member of our staff.
Braiders must bring their own supplies. We reserve the right to terminate the agreement with the lessee if behavior is inappropriate or the terms of agreement is not followed.
